Garry Aldridge also has fifteen years experience in public sector communications and management, including ten years as Chief of Staff to Roy Romanow, the Premier of Saskatchewan.
During his tenure as Chief of Staff to the Premier of Saskatchewan, Garry had management responsibility for the Communications Co-ordination Unit of the Department of Executive Council. This unit of professional communications counsellors provided issues management, strategic communications planning, media relations, and crisis communications assistance to provincial government departments, agencies and Crown corporations. This unit was so successful that in 1995 the Communications Co-ordination Unit received the ACE award as Saskatchewan Communicator of the Year.
Since leaving the public sector in 1996 to create his own strategic communications firm, Garry has provided advice and assistance to clients across Western Canada.
